- Educational Forums – presenters and programs addressing senior care and professional development
- Resource Guide – revise and update the guide to provide resources for seniors and caregivers
- Senior Care 101 Classes – schedule and support the classes, broaden their reach into the community
- Elder Abuse Prevention – develop educational prevention efforts, cooperating with other organizations
- Unmet Senior Needs Survey Project – conduct survey and develop suggested programs and projects
- Website and Marketing – publicize programs, events and content
