The general membership adopted the following goals for each workgroup:

Workgroup on Educational Forums for Professionals

To strive for commitments at least one year in advance for presenters and programs which address topics of senior care and professional development

Workgroup on Bi-Annual Survey of Unmet Senior Needs

To conduct a community survey of unmet senior needs at least annually and then to develop suggested programs and projects which respond to the survey results.

Workgroup on Annual Senior Resource Guide

To annually revise and update the senior resource guide which provides resources for seniors and their support systems consistent with the NOCSC mission.

Workgroup on Senior Care 101 Class

To schedule and support senior care 101 classes at least once per month and to strive for at least half to be hosted by churches, community centers, senior centers, and service organizations.

Workgroup on Website Updates / News & Social Media / Marketing

To publicize NOCSC programs, events, and resource content and to post appropriate senior fairs and health fairs.

Workgroup on Elder Abuse Prevention and Education

To develop educational and prevention efforts, relationships, cooperation and support of elder abuse awareness programs and events along with Ageless Alliance and other organizations which address elder abuse.
